Adorbis Technology Pvt Ltd ("Adorbis", "AdorbisTech", "we", "us") is a private limited company registered in India with its principal office at 1st floor, Hitech City Rd, Kondapur, Hyderabad – 500084. We are the data controller for personal information collected via this website and through our consulting engagements.
2. Information we collect
Website visitors: Standard server logs (IP address, browser user-agent, referrer, pages visited, timestamps) retained for 30 days for security and operational analytics. We use no third-party advertising trackers and no cross-site identifiers.
Prospects who email us: Your name, email address, company, and any information you voluntarily include in correspondence. Retained for up to 24 months in our CRM for follow-up purposes.
Active clients: Information necessary to deliver the contracted services, governed by the mutual NDA and engagement agreement. Specific data types, processing purposes, and retention are defined in your engagement-specific Data Processing Agreement.

- To comply with legal obligations (tax records, contractual records)

- Legal authorities — only when required by valid legal process; we will notify you unless legally prohibited
6. International transfers
Our primary operations are in India. Some service providers (Google, GitHub) may process data in the US or EU. These transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent safeguards. For client engagements involving EU/EEA personal data, we execute a GDPR-compliant DPA and can commit to EU-only data residency where required.
7. Your rights
Under GDPR (if you're in the EU/EEA/UK) or DPDP (if you're in India), you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Rectify — correct inaccurate or incomplete information
- Erase — request deletion, subject to legal retention obligations
- Restrict / Object — limit how we process your information
- Portability — receive your information in a structured, machine-readable format
- Withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting prior lawful processing

8. Security

- Website logs: 30 days
- Prospect correspondence: up to 24 months from last contact
- Client engagement data: duration of engagement + as specified in the DPA (typically 7 years for tax records, shorter for operational data)
- Personal information on our corporate systems: destroyed within 30 days of account/relationship termination, subject to legal retention obligations
10. Cookies
This website uses no tracking cookies, no advertising cookies, and no third-party analytics cookies. Our site may set a minimal session cookie for security purposes only. If we add analytics in future, we'll update this policy and offer an explicit opt-in.
11. Children's privacy
Our services are directed at businesses, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we've received such information, email us and we'll delete it.
