For clients outside IST, most of our engagements include a weekly standup scheduled in your timezone.
What happens after you email
- Within 24 hours: A short reply from a real person — usually with 2–3 clarifying questions
- Within a week: A 30-minute discovery call to walk through your use case, data, and constraints
- Within 2 weeks of the call: A scoped proposal with fixed price and timeline for Phase 01, or an honest "not a fit right now" with a referral
We intentionally don't have a contact form
Contact forms are where intent goes to die. We'd rather you send us an email with real context — even if it's three lines — than fill out boxes that force you to pick from a dropdown that doesn't match your situation.
