Adorbis exists because enterprise AI has a problem: the models that matter run on someone else's infrastructure, read by someone else's engineers, logged in someone else's data warehouse. For businesses with proprietary data, regulated customers, or competitive IP — that's a non-starter. We build the alternative: custom AI systems deployed on our clients' own infrastructure, operating under contractual confidentiality from day one.
Who we are
Adorbis is a dual-entity operation. Adorbis Technology Pvt Ltd is our Indian operating company, headquartered in Hyderabad's HITEC City tech corridor. Adorbis LLC, registered in Sheridan, Wyoming, USA, serves our North American client engagements. This structure lets us contract directly with enterprises on either continent while keeping tax, data residency, and engagement terms clean for both sides.
We've been operating since 2019. In that time we've grown from a web and eCommerce development shop into a specialized AI engineering firm — fine-tuning language models, orchestrating production automation pipelines, and deploying private LLM infrastructure for clients who can't use public APIs.

We are not a newly spun-up AI agency riding the latest hype cycle. Adorbis has been building production software for paying clients since 2019 — predating the current generative-AI boom.
Our philosophy
1. NDA-first, always.
Every engagement begins with a mutual non-disclosure agreement. We never publish client names. We never show client screenshots. We never use client data in our marketing. When our clients grant us access to their systems, we treat that access like a physician treats patient records — with professional confidentiality that doesn't expire when the engagement ends.
2. On their infrastructure, not ours.
Most "AI services" companies deploy on their own cloud, then charge per-seat or per-token for access. We do the opposite. The systems we build run on our clients' infrastructure — their AWS, their Azure, their on-premise servers, their VPS. At the end of the engagement we hand over the keys, the source code, the infrastructure-as-code, and the documentation. The client fully owns what we built.
3. Specific, not generic.
We don't offer "AI strategy consulting" or "digital transformation roadmaps." We build working systems. A fine-tuned model. A production automation pipeline. A deployed private LLM. If what you need is a deck with McKinsey-style frameworks, we're not the right partner. If what you need is software that runs and makes money or saves time, we are.
4. Fixed scope, fixed price.
Every engagement is time-boxed and fixed-price by phase. No hourly billing. No scope creep masquerading as "discovery." If we misjudge the scope, we eat the overage — not you. This forces us to scope accurately, which serves both sides.

Most of our engineering happens in Hyderabad. US clients contract through Adorbis LLC for the clean USD/US-legal path. Delivery is the same team regardless of which entity signs.
What we don't do
- We don't publish named client case studies. Our clients trust us with data they don't share with their own employees. That trust is the product. Public logos and testimonials compromise it.
- We don't pitch "AI transformation." We pitch specific working systems with measurable outcomes.
- We don't work with everyone. We take on a deliberately small number of engagements so every client gets senior attention from first call to final handover.
- We don't lock you in. Everything we build runs on open standards, open weights, and your infrastructure. You can rebuild the entire system from source control without us.
